Your new Zen Pants do have a small amount of shrink in the first wash. If they feel a little big to start with you will get a better fit after the first wash. Select your best size by these post-wash measurements:S/M will fit a hip measurement up to 110cmL/XL will fit a hip measurement up to 120cm2XL will fit a hip measurement up to 125cm
3XL will fit a hip measurement up to 130cm
